pizza1.jpg (124009 bytes)SAD SAD NEWS...early Thursday Feb 9th, 2012 Steve "Sarge" Stransky peacefully passed away after a +3 yr battle with brain cancer. If you consider he was given only 2 yrs, this was a WIN! He was in the company of Family and close Friends. It was the most joyous send-off I've ever seen with music-galore--mostly Beatles' songs. :*)  There were many tears and a TON of laughter for this amazing man with great musical talents, repair skills and a great love for people! I will miss you so much, Buddy.

Rest in Peace, my dear dear dear Friend. ~chadd

WWS lives on! Steve set me (chadd) up to keep this legacy going, allowing me to buy WWS in January 2011.

How do I schedule a Rebuild or buy one of WWS saxes? If you wish to schedule a rebuild, or purchase one of our saxes and it still needs to be rebuilt,  send us  a 50% deposit and we will schedule its rebuild before any of our other worldwidesax.com inventory. Your Reservation on the schedule is booked once your money is received here at the shop.

"How does the 3 day trial work?" Well, it's there if you want it.  For example, you live in NY city and want to try the sax, but need to be sure it's just what it is described to be AND fits your needs.  You pay for it, we ship it.  Once you get it, you have 3 days to try it and let me know if you will keep it or send it back.  If you don't contact me by closing time the third day,  it's automatically sold.   I don't usually give 3 day trials when saxes are purchased in the shop, UNLESS you ask for it, (for example) because you want someone else to check it our or something. Our policy on any Late Returns is the per day fee for returning it late($10, $15, $5 per day ...etc).

"What money do I risk for a trial?" For any returned sax, we will refund all money except: shipping charges, money transfer fees & a  "25.00 Re-Stocking fee"    ***see customizing

***Customizing of a WWS stock for Trial that goes beyond standards alters the amount we can offer in a refund for a return. Options vary, but for instance: adding a Premium with some Noyak resos on your Special Pads.  ...well we can't give you a full refund for all the custom work. that will slow the sale of that sax; it was built for your desires.  So a partial refund would be possible.  Usually 30-50% of the custom extras can be refunded.
